ACCOMMODATION
Is provided in extra large single rooms, all with en-suite toilet facilities, sitting/dining area and colour TV.
All rooms are furnished to a high standard, but allow room for the addition of your personal possessions that help turn a room into a home.

- Large therapy room with games and equipment

Kitchenette with low surfaces, cooker and fridge etc for use by clients.

- Social events in house and in the community.
- Hair salon and visiting hairdresser.
- Dry cleaning arranged at favourable rates.

STAFFING
A high level of qualified and care staff is maintained on a 24 hour basis, under the direction of our experienced manager, Mrs Wendy Lawson who has the appropriate occupational qualifications and holds the Registered Managers Award.
Staff will receive ongoing training that meets Health & Safety Requirements and those of the National Minimum Standards and TOPSS. This will be achieved to an NVQ standard, in house, via our own Training Centre and resources. FINANCE
Our managers are always available to help and advise on financial matters. It is preferred that a standing order is set up for payment of fees.
CARE
An individual plan of care is agreed by clients, relatives and staff in order to allow you to live your life as you wish, with the help that you as an individual require.
Visitors are welcome at any reasonable time and are encouraged to take you on outings and home visits when possible, they may join you for meals if desired.
Ultimately our goal is to provide holistic care whilst providing people with a purposeful daily life based upon there interests, preferences and abilities. Thus promoting their general well being, enabling them to live as fulfilling and enriched a lifestyle as possible. |
